PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - GDPR 
Hotell Bele, which is owned by Hotell Bele AB, processes personal data about those who use our services and products and is responsible for personal data with regard to personal data related to your booking. Such personal data processing takes place in accordance with applicable law. We strive to maintain a high level of privacy protection.

For example, we treat information regarding your identity, your contact details and your payment information. In addition, we process other information that you may have provided and that is important for your stay with us. This may include information about allergies or special requests regarding your stay. We register all purchases and orders you make with us so that we can deliver these services and so that you can pay for them. We process this information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the booking agreement with you, and also as long as applicable laws and regulations require us to do so.

Treatment based on your consent
If you have given us your consent and subscribe to our newsletters, we will process your personal data in order to send you offers about our services and products. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or other direct marketing from us, you can easily object to further processing for this purpose by contacting us or unsubscribing directly from the mail. If you object to continued processing, your personal data will be deleted or anonymised (unless such personal data is processed for other purposes) and you will no longer receive direct marketing from us.

Your rights

Access to your personal information
You have the right to request, free of charge, a confirmation from us that we process your personal data, as well as request access to the personal data we process about you, together with information about the processing and your rights in connection therewith, a so-called register extract.

Request correction
If you believe that a personal data that we process about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request correction of the personal data. In order for us to change information about you, you need to contact us. Hotell Bele AB is not responsible for problems that arise as a result of your personal information being incorrect if you have failed to inform us about it.

Withdraw consent with future effect
To the extent that we process your personal data with the support of your consent, you have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the processing. The revocation does not apply retroactively.

Oppose treatment for direct marketing purposes
As mentioned above, you have the right to oppose treatment for direct marketing purposes. You unsubscribe from further processing by either clicking on the unsubscribe link in the mail or by contacting us.

Deletion
You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted. However, this does not apply to personal data that we process according to law or agreement with you.
